Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $100 deposit is needed to hold your shoot date and time. This deposit is applied to whatever photo shoot package you choose. The balance of that package is due on the shoot day.
There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to prepare for your photo shoot, so please try to fully commit to your appointment as scheduled. That said, we do understand that “life happens,” and you may reschedule your appointment one time, up to one week (7 days) before your shoot, without losing your deposit. Your rescheduled shoot must be within 60 days of your original date.
If you cancel within less than one week and want to reschedule, we will need to collect another $100 deposit to rebook your shoot and your original deposit will be forfeit. If you simply are a no-show, or cancel a second time after having already rescheduled once, you will lose your deposit and will not be given the option to reschedule. Also bear in mind that we do book up way in advance. While we will make every effort to re-book you as quickly as possible, you may need to be flexible with your dates and times.
